Jayson Chan, Our MPhil Student, Shines in the Arts Criticism Recognition Programme
| "Music has always been a deep passion of mine, extending beyond my academic pursuits. Writing music criticism has provided a unique lens through which to explore the profound impact of music on the human experience. It's allowed me to develop a deeper appreciation for the emotions conveyed through musical notes and melodies, transforming concert-going from mere entertainment into opportunities for self-reflection. Winning the "Arts Criticism Recognition Programme 2024 – Tertiary Students" in the Music Criticism Division is a tremendous honor, and it has further fueled my desire to share the beauty of music with a wider audience through my writing.
