National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH)’s Infrastructure and Capacity Building Challenge Grants program supports existing infrastructure development, help institutions secure long-term support for the core activities and expand efforts to preserve and create access to outstanding humanities materials. National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH)’s Institutes for Advanced Topics in the Digital Humanities program supports national or regional (multistate) training programs for scholars, humanities professionals, and advanced graduate students to broaden and extend their knowledge of digital humanities. The next deadline is 12 March 2019.

National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH)’s new Digital Humanities Advancement Grant (DHAG) program, co-sponsored by NEH and Institute of Museum and Library Services. The grant is applicable every six months. The next deadline is 15 January 2019.

Past Grant Applications

Trans-Atlantic Platform (T-AP) Digging into Data Challenge, one of the largest international humanities competitions, was sponsored by key humanities and social science funders in Europe and the Americas. The round 4 competition was closed on 29 June 2016 and the awarded projects were announced on 29 March 2017.
