Department of Translation Students Triumph at the 48th Hong Kong Youth Translation Competition!
| Warm congratulations to our students from the Department of Translation at CUHK who have swept the board at the 48th Hong Kong Youth Translation Competition (全港青年翻譯比賽). Our students have secured the champion, second runner-up, and merit awards in Open Sections of the Competition. Our department has also been honoured with two trophies in recognition of its enthusiastic participation. Held on May 27, 2023, at Lions College, the Competition was organised by the Hong Kong Youth Cultural & Arts Competitions, in cooperation with The Hong Kong Translation Society as a co-organizer, and under the auspices of the Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors. Our faculty members Prof. Lingjie Ji and Dr. Li Li served as Chief Judge and Judge for Junior Student Section (E-C) in the Competition. |
