Our MA graduate Rachel Suen pursuing her study in Psychology
| The study of translation has exposed me to a variety of fields, including law, medicine, literature and business. I learnt a lot during my studies, and teachers and staff of the department in CUHK were willing to provide support. Pursuing a psychology degree may not be common for a translation graduate. But it was the thought-provoking process of doing translation in different areas that allowed me to explore and find a sense of purpose in assisting people with mental health needs. So I am profoundly grateful for the opportunity to study here. I will commence the study of psychology in CUHK this year. While starting a new academic chapter, I will continue to seek opportunities and utilize my skill in translation. |
