| I was delighted to join Trip.com Group as a localization and language intern from July to August this year. As a travel enthusiast, it was a dream come true to join a company in the travel industry. The experience allowed me to sharpen my language and translation skills while working alongside the talented content team on daily translation tasks. I received invaluable mentoring and feedback that helped me improve my translation performance. Managing the 4,000-term glossary and translation memory were simultaneously valuable learning opportunities and the highlights of my job. Moreover, I enjoyed working with international translators and gaining insights into the world of commercial translation. I'm thrilled to have acquired new skills and I can't wait to apply them in my future career. |
