Our student, Phoebe Ng, shone once more as a bilingual emcee
Our student, Phoebe Ng, shone once more as a bilingual emcee. This time she facilitated the CUHK Arts 60th Anniversary Distinguished Alumni Lecture, led by Professor Edwin Pak-wah Leung. Let’s explore her reflection on this meaningful occasion:

Hello! I am Phoebe, a final-year Translation major. I am honored to be the emcee for CUHK ARTS 60th Anniversary Distinguished Alumni Lecture. The speaker cum alumnus, Professor Edwin Pak-wah Leung, shared his academic and personal pursuit of world peace through history study. I appreciate this valuable opportunity to engage with Professor Leung and learn more about his lifelong commitment to contributing to world peace. I am excited to meet our Dean, Professor Max Tang, for the second time. Through our interaction, I have once again experienced the amicability of CUHK and the Faculty of Arts, which attracted me to the Department of Translation in the first place.
