CTT successfully holds Conference of Translation Studies and Digital Humanities
| Our Centre for Translation Technology (CTT) has held a successful Conference of Translation Studies and Digital Humanities! Featuring Prof. Lynne Bowker and Dr Laura Fólica as keynote speakers, the event brought to CUHK near 100 presenters and participants from 20 countries/regions in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Over two days, participants discussed and debated over challenges, opportunities, and ways forward for translators and translation studies in the era of technology. This wonderful in-person gathering could not have happened without all the speakers, attendants, our staff as panel chairs, and our research students as volunteers! |
