2023-24 MA graduate Qiu Beining: Consultant for studying abroad at New Oriental School
| When I look back at my journey through the MA in Translation program, I am filled with a sense of gratitude and accomplishment. It has been an unforgettable experience with a diversity of lectures and close friends. I remembered enjoying sorting out legal terms and convoluted sentence structures in legal translation classes; I was also impressed by “In all translation endeavors, translating poetry is the highest realm; why should we demand so harshly?” that I learned in literary translation class. Now I am embarking on my new journey, and I would like to extend sincere appreciation to our esteemed institution and faculty members who have generously supported me and brought me happy memories. I will cherish this experience in our Translation program in CUHK for my lifetime. |
